Megan Mullally

Megan Mullally was one of the most well-known and wealthy television actresses. She was born in Los Angeles, California on the 12th of November, 1958. Her appearances on the show were frequent. She was the character Karen Walker (Amanda Walker) on the NBC series Will & Grace, which ran from 1998 to 2006 until 2017 to 2020. Mullally was awarded the award of eight Primetime Emmy Award nominees for Outstanding Actress Supporting in the field of a Comedy Series. The character she played also garnered her nominations for numerous other awards, such as seven consecutive Screen Actors Guild Awards for Outstanding Performance of an Actress Female in an NBC Comedy Series. She won three times between 2001 to 2002. The first time she appeared on screen came in an ad for McDonald's in which she was also seen with John Goodman. In 1986, she made her television debut on The Ellen Burstyn Show. Her guest appearances include Seinfeld, Frasier, Wings Ned and Stacey Mad About You Caroline - on The City 3rd Rock from the Sun and just shoot me! She played the lead character in the fifth season episode of Murder She Wrote. She described her experience in 2012 when she hadn't been employed for a long time, and was frightened as she was unable to pay rent. Mullally aged six, moved to Oklahoma City in Oklahoma where her father was born. She's English Irish with Scandinavian roots. From the age of six she's been studying ballet. She danced with The Oklahoma City Ballet and also went to an academy called the School of American Ballet, New York City during her high school years.
